Valves replaced, problem fixed by 6:45pm same day. Over the top amazing service & execution. My client was over the moon impressed, and the bleeding was stopped. One of my favorite qualities about them is when you call you speak directly to one of the 2 owners who are Plumbers and they will get to you ASAP which for me was an hour! My entire sewer line was backed up and I wasn't able to use any type of sink/shower ect in my home. They showed up and in under 10 minutes diagnosed the the problem (The main drainage line was clogged), then they snaked the drainage line with an auger which took took about 30 minutes and everything was better than before! "A friend referred me to connected plumbing for 2 separate issues that are both now thankfully resolved. They rerouted a vent in attic to roof from hot water heater which was not installed properly by another contractor. And then they repaired/replaced a septic tank pump and cleared the lines.
